    Our staff is committed to the importance of privacy for our customers. Shipping is done in very discreet packaging with only the street and city/state/zip code information on our labels. Credit card purchases are shown as "First Beat Shops, Inc". We never sell our customer lists to anyone and also never send mailings out without the consent of the customer.

    UPS 1-2 weeks

    UPS Express: Less than a week US Mail: 1-2 weeks

    Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico

    UPS: 1-3 weeks

    US Mail: 2- 4 weeks
    Europe And Asia

    Express with tracking: 1-3 weeks

    US Mail: 2-5 weeks
    All other locations

    Express with tracking: 1-3 weeks

    US Mail: 3-8 weeks
     

    What are your shipping charges?
    Charges for shipping outside the Continental U.S. will be calculated at the time your order ships. Shipping methods are USPS or UPS.

    How long does shipping take?
    Most orders ship in 6-9 business days (provided the item is in stock). If the product is in stock, it is possible to have the order shipped the same day it is placed (some exceptions may apply). Rush fees or quicker shipping are also available for orders that need to be processed quicker. If it is a rush, let us know when you need your order and we will let you know if we can get it to you in time. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

    What shipping methods do you use?
    We use either USPS or UPS.

    Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?
    Unfortunately, we can only ship to PO Boxes through the United States Postal Service. UPS  requires a physical address for delivery.

    Items returned for non-delivery
    If a shipment is returned to us for non-delivery or any other reason, we will make every effort to contact the customer through email and the phone number provided. If we can not reach the customer, we will refund the price of the merchandise minus a 20% re-stocking fee. We do not refund the shipping cost on items returned for non-delivery.

    We can not guarantee safe delivery to non-USA countries. European countries are usually no problem. Occasionally some Asian country's customs officials will steal your order, but this happens rarely. Other countries, especially if the country is poor or corrupt, it is possible that your package will be stolen. If you are concerned, you may want to find a company that specializes in shipping into your country. Then have us ship to that company and have them handle final delivery to you.

    Shipping to a military address works very differently than regular shipping. The US Postal Service delivers directly to the military and then the military takes over and delivers to the various bases. Once the shipment leaves the US Mail we can no longer track it. Please be aware that the military will also confiscate some items they think are inappropriate. You can find further information on shipping to military addresses at USPS.com. There are many caveats listed there.
